Personal and company checks are welcome with your mail-in order.  Please make checks payable to Novelle Publications, Inc.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is calculated during the check-out process according to current state and local tax laws.

Shipping Instructions

Shipping instructions can be found with your Cart during the check-out process prior to completing your order.  Options include standard U.S. Postal Service mail and expedited shipping via overnight carrier.

Return Policy

You may return new books and unopened merchandise within 30 days of original shipment date.  All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase or invoice.

Original shipping charges are not refundable.  You are responsible for all costs associated with the return shipment.

Returns will be refunded in the same form as the original method of payment.

No exchanges are permitted. Also, we cannot accept eBook returns.
